We collaborated with Macy’s to meet increasing demand for online apparel, accessories, and home goods purchases. Our partnership resulted in the design and production of 10+ digital products that unified the Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s app experiences; enhanced call center software; established safe ways for shoppers to collect online purchases in person; and created a new way for colleagues to manage team wedding and baby registries. Our holistic design approach allowed us to orchestrate components across platforms, brands, and teams to deliver an extraordinary user experience.

Music & Arts sought to better serve musicians by consolidating their vast offerings into one extraordinary digital experience . The new, responsive website allows shoppers to explore the massive inventory of instruments and accessories, book online and in-person lessons, quickly set up rentals for school music programs, and locate a nearby store for repairs.
We partnered with Target to reimagine the in-store experience for video game customers. The collaboration resulted in intuitive, touch technology that allows shoppers to discover more about individual games and make informed purchase decisions.
